Skypark
We are proud to tell the story of Skypark, one of Scotland’s biggest business destinations, comprising six buildings totalling 560,000 sq. ft. and a workforce of almost 4,000 people across 50 businesses. Working closely with the asset management team, we provide communications that support a thriving business community that attracts tenants from the animation and creative sectors right through to Scotland’s growing space sector.
Skypark’s success story continues through long term investment in a vibrant Finnieston site in the City’s entertainment quarter, channelling charity fund raising, arts partnerships, site socials, events, and tenant newsletter Skyline.
Case Study
Abstract Securities
We handle communications and events for Mark Glatman’s Abstract Securities, a specialist in UK-wide commercial property development. Abstract’s St Vincent Plaza, Glasgow (a 172,280 sq. ft. speculative office development) is the only ‘Grade A’ building to launch featuring a unique portrait exhibition: a tribute to the men and women involved in designing, building and project managing the development. The photographs are by Glasgow photographer, Iain McLean.
In collaboration with Oakgrove Primary School, plants and shrubs from the site were replanted in the school’s playground and Abstract also created a new play space for the school children. St Vincent Plaza’s occupiers include Registers of Scotland, KPMG, Whyte and Mackay and Mott Macdonald and national media coverage was consistently generated across The Herald, STV, BBC, Business Insider, Evening Times, Property Week, Estates Gazette, CoStar and social media.
